This session serves as an essential foundation for anyone looking to broaden their perspective. Highly recommended!The session is a really good foundation to start challenging how you see the world. To start to accept that ‘our way’ isn’t the only way, nor necessarily the right way. It is broken in to bite sized pieces and I felt that the analogies used made everyone relate to what was being said at all times. Sometimes people distance themselves from D&I through not relating to it so I feel this was especially important.
