In a nutshell, we help you develop and maintain a culture of Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI) in your workplaces.

Founded by Joanne Lockwood in 2017, SEE Change Happen is based on the South Coast of the UK.  We specialise in providing tailored face-to-face consultancy services – such as training, mentoring and coaching – to businesses throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

Our name, SEE Change Happen, originated from our mantra: SMILE, ENGAGE and EDUCATE. We’ve seen how those three actions really do create a positive change, causing a ripple effect from the workplace into home and society. Because embedding an equal and inclusive culture helps everyone become more accepting of people’s differences.

There is no ‘one size fits all’. You are a unique organisation, as are all your people. So, we tailor our service specifically for your needs. When you work with us, you get access to all this and more:

• Consulting – helping you develop positive working environments where everyone fully engages in a positive DEI culture, reducing business risk.
• Workshops – foster a sense of belonging in a DEI environment through sharing experiences and more, strengthening employee engagement.
• Speaking – Professional Keynote Speakers for your conferences or events.

Our services are carried out either face-to-face or over MS Teams, Zoom or other video link platforms.

SEE Change Happen runs events at locations around the UK.  You can join us there on an individual basis or we can host a dedicated event within your own organisation to engage with a whole team.

We also provide LGBTQ+ support specialising in Transgender, Non-Binary and Gender Non-Conforming Awareness, including support for individuals in the workplace, their managers and co-workers.

One-to-one mentoring, training and coaching is offered to HR or DEI managers and directors, and to members of the Board.  Think of Jo as your critical friend!
