How we can help you embrace a culture of inclusion?

In the UK, ‘equality’ is about promoting and fostering everybody’s right to be different, about being free from discrimination, valued as an individual, and having choice and dignity with a right to your own beliefs and values. ‘Diversity’ is a word that means ‘varied and different’. Diversity, therefore, is about more than equality. It’s about creating a culture which values individual differences and variety for the benefit of society, individuals and organisations. We at SEE Change Happen are passionate about celebrating and embracing a diverse society with a focus around LGBT+, and specifically Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming individuals and their environments.

Inclusion at Work

Having a diverse workforce means that the organisation can offer a wide range of ideas, skills, resources and energies to the business to give it a competitive edge. There is a much wider pool of talent available to the organisations which embrace diversity, and they will reap the benefits of a broader market, improved productivity and a raised profile within the community.

Our training programs enable organisations to reduce business risk and support a positive working environment. By providing clear explanations on legislation, best practise, strategies, and impact, the courses uses scenarios and ‘what next?’ questions to assist learners understand how they can positively affect culture, communication and inclusion.

Learn how to foster belonging in the Workplace and share your experiences with others. Diversity and Inclusion is a hot topic for employers, however a sense of 'belonging’ has a stronger correlation with employee engagement than diversity or inclusion alone.

Workplace Policies

By introducing relevant policies and creating a culture of inclusion businesses can reap the commercial benefits of ensuring an equal and diverse workforce, including improving performance, building a good reputation, and attracting and keeping staff.

Support & Mentoring

Diversity mentoring is a developmental process of open dialogue that aims to achieve both individual and organisational change through shared understanding and suspending judgement within a relationship of mutual learning in which differences that exist are perceived as integral to learning, growth, and development. We work with Managers, Individuals and their Co-Employees
