Marie loves talking to customers about their needs, explaining how we enhance your organisation with all things DEI related. Coming from a Facilities and Contract Management background, her strong analytical thinking, love of processes, and her strict attention to detail will ensure that everything runs smoothly for you.

Marie also advocates for families when someone goes through the transgender process. Between 2016-19, she and Joanne contributed to the RDF documentary for Channel 4: ‘Making of Me’. Her intention is to write a book to help families navigate the journey with their eyes wide open, understanding the challenges, helping them to face it all with positivity for the future happiness of all.
