Very informative with a calm and relaxed approach. Really well facilitated by Joanne, with a good amount of shared/lived experience and facts and figures. This session was useful for everyone, from people wanting to find out more on basics of becoming an ally or better colleague to their trans colleagues or service users, for those who are already an ally but need to take more action, it had something for everyone.
