I was fortunate enough to hear Joanne speak at an Inclusive Recruitment event that we held in our offices recently. Joanne spoke with a calm authority and delivered a presentation that mixed inspiration, emotion and humour. She set the tone in the opening minutes with a story that was disarming yet pin-point accurate to the subject matter. We were also lucky that Joanne had time to hang around to do a Q&A which meant we got some practical questions around inclusive recruitment answered by an expert.
