Kat helps organisations write inclusive job descriptions and role profiles as part of the inclusive recruitment programme. Kat talks about her life on the road travelling across the US as someone who is non-binary and who was assigned female at birth.

Kat grew up in a military, southern, rural family. Then, they worked at conservative organisations. They know what it feels like to hide in plain sight at work. Kat teaches people to write job postings to remove biases and get the right people to apply. Kat envisions a world where people can imagine a whole new life and get access to it through a job post no matter who they are. Oh, and for the best workers to get paid the most instead of the best negotiators.
